Campaign’s Digital Faces to Watch 2021 — Shahd Najmus, Senior Marcom Executive, C2 Communications
Nominated by Samer Qaqish, Business Director, C2 Communications
Having a positive outlook on every aspect of the business makes Shahd Najmus an asset to the agency. She arrived with very rudimentary experience but within a short span, has gained promising traction and knowledge to independently manage and take charge both internally and externally.
An avid learner and strategic thinker, Shahd has a bright future ahead of her and I strongly believe that she has so much to gain and to offer not just for the benefit of the agency but for the industry as well.
Seeing this potential, I would strongly recommend Shahd to be a recipient of this program
A passionate and goal-oriented person. With a diverse background in customer relations, operations management, and public speaking. Her transparent and kind nature, along with her diverse set of skills and a go-getter attitude, aids in her ability to tackle and accomplish every challenge that she faces every day to the best of her capabilities.
This past year, not only was she able to manage multiple accounts, but she was also able to diversify her learnings on various marketing platforms such as BTL & ATL communications, leveraging the usage of paid media campaigns for her accounts. She currently has her thinking hat on, as she sets her eyes on the current technological advancements and tools being used in digital spaces, leveraging extensively on the use of new social analytic tools such as social bakers for community management purposes.
