Nadim is one of the fastest learners in the agency. Over the past two years, I’ve watched him grow tremendously both at Publicis Media and Omnicom Media Group. Nadim’s dedication, agility and high-speed delivery has made him the go-to person for all crisis management and complex tasks. He is also a team player being able to assist with training new joiners and always available to support when needed. In short, Nadim has a very bright future ahead of him, definitely a face to watch in 2021.

Bio

I kickstarted my career at Publicis Media as an Executive in their Data Science Practice, handling AdTech for a vast portfolio of clients in the MENA region, including: P&G, Samsung, Expo2020, Dubai Tourism and more. Hard work paid off, and eight months later, I joined Omnicom Media Group as a Senior Executive to help establish a new Technology & Measurement team servicing our clients in Belgium & Luxembourg. I currently am responsible for our entire client portfolio in BeLux (including PepsiCo, Nissan, Beiersdorf, and more) and have recently supported in recruiting and training new joiners working for the MENA market.

Guiding principles

You don’t stand out by merely doing your job. Instead, thinking outside the box, stepping out of your comfort zone, and focusing on making an impact by delivering innovative solutions, will help you achieve a lot and succeed. Of course while remaining humble, a team player, and having a client-first mindset.

How has Covid changed your job?

The biggest change was definitely switching to work from home. While WFH has some benefits, I actually miss going to the office in the morning and actually feel that I’m in a professional setting (versus sitting on the couch/bed all day when I’m at home. I think I need to pay a visit to the orthopedist).
