Chester Scott, precision director, Wavemaker MENA: Prithvi is a rising talent in our performance team and has proven expertise across the full biddable ecosystem. He is an innovator who goes the extra mile for his colleagues and clients. He has shown his capability to deliver outstanding results on multiple campaigns, but notably his work on the Huawei Watch GT2 campaign saw the watch sell out online in both UAE and KSA within hours. Huawei is fast-paced business that is going through huge growth in the region. Prithvi has stepped up to the mark, adapted quickly and become an integral part of a high functioning team.

Career highlights

With an approach of quality-driven media solutions, my efforts have been fuelled with knowledge to bring effectiveness in brand equity measures and digital presence of the brand. I have been able to drive cost-effectiveness to bring better ROI. This is on the back of focused data analysis to bring insightful and actionable results. Additionally, now I am also glad to be a certified Facebook Blueprint professional.

Guiding principles

I have learned a lot from Chester. He has always pushed us to drive excellence in everyday tasks by bringing original thinking and strictly chasing pre-defined KPIs. He sets really high standards himself and I am inspired to emulate them in my work life.

I believe we should learn to turn negative feedback into constructive criticism and try to learn from that in making it work for client growth plans.

Dream job

It would be good learning to be a client solutions expert at platforms like Facebook or Linkedin. Also, it would be quite fun to be a digital strategist at an animation studio like Warner Bros. or Disney where they are bringing entertaining content to audiences and there is so much that brands can do with this content.

Side hustle

I have picked up a few new skills over the past few months, like videography and editing, through a couple of projects (like food reviews at restaurants and Global Village tour) with a well-known radio station in the UAE.
