Nouran is a refreshing throwback to the fabled ‘good old days’. With all the talk of a hustle generation and a lack of grounding in our industry, Nouran is a quiet, calm force of nature who gets the job done silently and more often than not, brilliantly. Along with an excellent sense of design and concepts across subjects and categories, Nouran has a maturity and poise like very few of her age.
Nouran’s recent Gold win at the Young Lions UAE competition (an agency first) is a testament to this ability to think on her feet and deliver excellence under pressure.
Her ceiling is extremely high. And her journey is just getting started.

Hi, I’m Nouran. A Senior Graphic Designer, 2026 Young Lions Gold winner and creative force with 8 years of levelling up. I moved from Egypt to Dubai not just to expand my horizons but to raise the bar. I don’t just make things look good; I make them matter. Fuelled by vision, curiosity, and a little healthy obsession with great ideas, I craft work that connects, converts, and leaves a mark.

I stay curious, keep things human, and don’t wait for perfect moments. I make things happen. I constantly try to pop my own bubble, staying open to other perspectives, ideas, and industry shifts, because the people around me are what keep me inspired, evolving, and creating work that actually matters.
Side hustle
Outside of work, you’ll definitely find me somewhere artsy at a painting class, covered in clay at pottery, wandering through an art museum, or hopping on a plane in search of new inspiration. Creating purely for expression (and collecting passport stamps) keeps my perspective sharp and my creativity in check.
