Lucas Lima is the kind of creative you notice before you even see the work, because his quiet energy is impossible to miss. He’s relentlessly proactive, always chasing the next idea, the next angle, the next way to make something better. But what truly sets him apart is his drive. It’s contagious. Lucas has a way of lifting the room, inspiring those around him to think bigger, push harder, and care more about ideas. He’s one of those people who subtly raises the bar for each person he works with.

Career highlights

I’m Lucas, born and raised in Brasilândia, a neighbourhood in the north zone of São Paulo, where culture, community, and creativity shaped my early perspective. I built my career in Brazil at agencies like DM9, F.biz, and TBWA, collaborating with brands including Jeep, Nissan, Whirlpool, Dasa and Claro.

Along the way, my work has been recognised from Cannes Lions to D&AD, milestones that reinforced my belief in ideas that step away from the ordinary and, above all, spark conversations between people. Now, I’m working with the amazing Nivea team across global emerging markets.

Guiding principles

I believe ideas become powerful when creativity meets intent. My process begins with curiosity, understanding people, culture, and context before craft. By asking better questions and staying adaptable, I aim to create work that feels simple and strategically meaningful.

Side hustle

Football has always been my creative reset. As a lifelong Corinthians supporter, I’m inspired by the emotion, tension, and collective storytelling the game creates, as well as the powerful connection between football and my country’s culture. The resilience and discipline learned through sport continue to shape how I approach every aspect of life.
