Guiding principles
I care about doing work that actually means something, not just work that looks good in case studies. Awards are great, but impact matters more. I try to ask better questions and keep the ideas simple and honest. If it doesn’t feel true to the audience or the brand, it’s not worth making.
Side hustle
Outside work, I mentor young creatives navigating the industry, sharing what I’ve learned (and what I wish I knew earlier). Supporting young creatives and helping them find their voice is something I genuinely care about. When I’m not art directing, I’m usually obsessing over cars and coffee.
