Even amongst the plethora of talent at the Publicis Groupe, Jolanda has stood out as an outstanding performer over the last couple of years. She won the Young LYNX Gold in 2023 and the Young LION Silver in 2024. Jolanda is the perfect balance of youthful energy with old-school accountability. A superstar Creative, she is not only a benchmark for the Agency today but sets the standard for what our success looks like tomorrow. What’s more, Jo has the charisma to back her brilliant work and razor-sharp eye for design, making her a creative force to be truly reckoned with.

 

Career highlights

Bringing South Africa’s vibrancy along with me, I situated myself in Dubai’s multifaceted landscape, where I’ve been fortunate to work on some of the most competitive brands across the region. Starting at the Open Window Institute in South Africa where I sharpened my digital pen in communication design, today I’ve firmly established myself in the industry.

Winner of the Young Lynx Competition in ’23 under my belt, with a Silver for Young Lions to sweeten the deal, I’ve only just begun.

Side hustle

My side hustle isn’t much of a hustle—it’s my way to slow down and cherish the now, without thoughts of profit or recognition. Film photography is my escape from the online world, capturing tangible memories. It’s my way of documenting life —friends, loved ones—away from screens and instagram feeds.
