Dalal joined as a bright Saudi talent with immense potential. Over the past year at Publicis ME, she brought that spark on so many facets of her role as a Senior Manager. She’s extremely insightful on major briefs on our biggest brands she has been entrusted with.

Her can-do spirit has led her to winning awards for us at Jay Chiat Awards and Effies. I’m proud and happy to see her succeeding, as she keeps uncovering her potential on what will be a very meaningful journey. One she has embarked on for her family back at home.

 

Career highlights

Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, my interest in advertising sparked from witnessing the power of creative ideas to influence culture. In 2017, eager to break into the industry, I secured a position as a Strategist at a local firm.

After graduating. my drive propelled me to some of the largest networks, where I led the communication strategy for STC at Wunderman Thompson, by 2021, I was on the lookout for a greater learning curve, which led me to Dubai. Currently, I oversee the strategy across the largest FMCG brands at Publicis, my greatest achievement yet over a 7+ years award-winning career.

 

Guiding principles

Push yourself even if it’s uncomfortable, while there’s no place in the world as inspiring as Saudi right now, I intentionally moved to Dubai to grow in my field and learn from the best in the industry. But most importantly: always be kind to yourself and others.
