Campaign’s Creative Faces to Watch 2022 – Tamanna Rijhwani, Social Media Manager, TBWA\RAAD
Emad Doughan, Head of Digital, TBWA\RAAD: Tamanna is born to be a leader. She has worked with us initially as an intern during her senior year at university and we were instantly impressed by how fast she consumes information, applies logic & consumer behaviour analysis to her work, and performs her tasks with utmost creativity. Therefore, we offered her a job prior to her graduation. Post-graduation, she joined us as an executive and established credibility and leadership within agency leadership, clients and team members. Her remarkable ownership skills have enabled her to climb the corporate ladder at a magnificent speed where she is now a Manager and we are excited to see what the future holds for her.
Having spent my entire childhood glued to Facebook and BBM (remember that?), working in social media for a living was a natural next step.
I started with TBWA in 2020 and have since had the opportunity to advertise everything from biscuits to cars to entire cities!
I currently lead the social media team for one of our key clients and aim to disrupt the way government entities communicate and connect with audiences through rich storytelling and genuinely fun content.
1 – Write EVERYTHING down. Remembering a gazillion things is harder than you think.
2 – Over-communicate! It’s easier to spend an extra few minutes discussing the details than to clean up messes caused by misunderstandings.
3 – Be real – with your team, with your clients, with your content.
