Serge Selwan, Strategy & Innovation Lead, Isobar MENA: Rawad joined Isobar MENA more than 2years ago and has proven to be an asset to the company (clients and team) ever since.
Rawad is well-read in the digital and social world; he follows the latest trends and is always ready to adjust his strategic approach to the different clients to make sure they are all riding the latest hypes. This and his attention to details, his dedication to his work, and his excellent communication skills helps win the trust of his clients and challenge them to explore more and get outside their comfort zone.
Graduated from the Lebanese University in Beirut with a masters degree in Business Marketing. I started my career in digital and social media in 2016 and throughout, I managed to work on launching digital campaigns across the region and in the UAE for international brands such as L’Occitane, L’Occitane Café, Swarovski, Papa John’s & Baskin Robbins. Moving to Dubai in 2019 has been life changing and challenging with COVID happening and the circumstances back home. Here I am 2 years later, making the best out of this experience and trying to get over with my driving license.
I go by “be open to listen” which resonates with the way I think & act. I believe that openness is key to healthier relationships inside and outside work and leads to being understanding of one to another.
I have a passion for photography and social media – love taking pictures and documenting journeys, creating content and being in front and behind cameras.
