I am honoured to recommend Joseph, a well worthy nominee for Campaign’s Faces to Watch 2021 having worked at LIGHTBLUE for over 4 years and the youngest member of our leadership team as Head of Partnerships. Joseph has been a tremendous addition to our team, owning excellent communication and organizational skills. Joseph has led LIGHTBLUE to be the go-to agency for some of the world’s biggest brands. He is someone who executes a project to the highest level to ensure that the work produced and delivered to clients is to the LIGHTBLUE standard that he has helped to create.


As part of the leadership team at LIGHTBLUE I head up the Partnerships and Strategy division. Spearheading new business as well as our growth and development plans into new industries with clients such as Mastercard, Estée Lauder and Porsche, and new markets including Saudi Arabia and Los Angeles.

Prior to my move to the Middle East, I was one of the earliest employees hired by Red Bull Media House in London to launch from scratch the Global Partnerships team and create a global B2B proposition for commercial partnerships with brands and agencies. In which Google was my first signed partnership.

Guiding principles

Partnerships today are the single most essential ingredient towards ensuring growth and delivering exceptional value. They must be built on generating synergy through a shared vision. The future will belong to companies that embed partnership capabilities into the fabric of their culture and how they do business.

How has Covid changed your job?

My role progressed and extended in many areas, from adapting the way I engage with prospective and existing clients in the absence of valuable face-to-face time, to developing new and progressive solutions our clients had not previously considered. It was a time for reflection, development and future-proofing success!

Side hustle

I’m currently part of the 2021 cohort for altMBA, Seth Godin’s selection based leadership and management program where I’ll learn how to level up and lead while making relationships across the globe. In my spare time, I help my fiancé with her growing social media channels, reaching millions every week.
