Arunima is one of those rare ones difficult to find today. She is an integrated frontline manager who understands PR, Traditional and Social needs of a client really well. This unique combination and wealth of knowledge make Arunima stand out from most managers in the industry today. Her never say die attitude and constant search for making the best out of what’s available is what makes her a true hero. I recommend her for her supernatural powers.
I joined Partnership back in 2017 as a PR exec. From client-facing to securing media coverage, and building media & influencer relations, I was actively involved in all PR activities at the agency, until one day I was offered an opportunity to switch to the other crazy side of the business – Advertising, for one of our largest government clients. What a journey has it been since then! Integrated communications is the future of media. From social media to digital to traditional media, I’ve had the privilege to work with some of the biggest clients in the region ranging from FMCG, retail, fashion and healthcare, and be part of some of the best award-winning campaigns at the agency.
If a certain path feels right, then it probably is. Take the risk, trust your instincts.
How has Covid changed your job?
The need for speed has never been greater in the post Covid19 era. We adopted new technologies overnight, innovation flourished and every solution is data-driven. On another note, I’m loving working from home in my pjs.
Something I picked up during the lockdown – pottery. I hope to open a ceramics studio one day.
