Joud is a trooper, who is able to take any task and improve on an idea. She’s a fast learner, she’s always looking to grow, and she’s a joy to work with. Joud’s ability belies her years, and she’s a fundamental part of our team and how we are looking to make the Kingdom and wider region go electric when it comes to mobility. I’m learning so much from Joud, and I see bright things for her career as a communications leader.

Career highlights

Even though she only joined half a year ago, Joud is a key part of the comms team at Ceer. She has led a number of our educational initiatives, both internal and external. And she has an easy manner than puts people at ease. Her background includes time spent at SABIC as well as in the tech start-up space. Joud has an ability to learn quickly on the job, to question ideas and come up with stronger concepts, and a desire to keep getting better. She will go far in her career.

Guiding principles

Joud’s guiding principle is to make what she does fun and engaging. Her passion is to make communications inclusive for all, ensure her work is simple enough for everyone to understand, and powerful enough to make a real difference to fellow employees as well as other stakeholders.

Side hustle

Joud excels on camera. She’s done a significant amount of work presenting in front of the camera, both in Arabic and English. And the bloopers are brilliant to watch too!
