Career path
“I kickstarted my media career as an intern with iProspect in 2014, and have since risen through the ranks at both iProspect and now PHD. From day one, I have been committed to elevating the performance product offering within the agency and across my client portfolio. With a portfolio that spans across a variety of industries, experience is ample and challenges are nothing new. My dedication and commitment to delivering measurable business results is the engine that powers my attitude of never giving up. Guiding principles
Rules I follow are: You can only fail once you stop trying, so never stop trying; perfect practice makes perfect; you only get out what you put in.
The learnings I would pass on to someone coming into the industry are: Think outside the box and don’t set any limitations on what you may think is possible; and be agile and willing to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
I’ve come across a lot of talented individuals, be it internally within the agency or externally from suppliers, clients, family and friends. I tend to pick the unique traits that make the people I come across different as individuals, whether it’s their character, personality, strong beliefs or work ethic.
