“Bashair Al Saif is part of our creative copywriting team. She is full of life and surprisingly upbeat and lively. Bashair is multitasking and, when entrusted with an assignment, she delivers breakthrough work. As part of the copywriting team, Bashair works on the agency’s business roster, yet the highlights were her contribution in the win of Flyadeal and in the work and presentation she did that helped the agency retain the Al Rajhi Bank
business. She lives up to any challenge and proudly delivers up to expectations.”

Career path
“Advertising is not just a career path to me but rather has always been a life I chose. I started in advertising on my own, way before I graduated and got into the business, by simply putting down my ideas including rationales and all. In 2018 I was fortunate enough that these ideas landed me a job as copywriter in FP7. During my first year we won, in collaboration with FP7/DXB, an Effie award for Jawwy’s pranks. Here is to many more to come.”

Guiding principles
I work in creative, so when I think of rules:
They do not exist, in terms that any idea you say is a valid one.
Never limit anything you hear or think of.
Always lead with passion, whether on a presentation, a script or a post.
As for learning, I learn from literally everyone
But I try to learn from our creative director so that I can see the bigger picture of it all. I also learn from TV shows, to be quite honest, mainly because they inspire to push boundaries and bring originality back to life.
