Nabiya started her career at McDonald’s UAE in 2020, and since then, has been an indispensable resource. She is an analytical mind, and importantly, a problem solver. In her first year with the business, she single-handedly launched the Rewards Program. At McDonald’s, we wear multiple hats everyday- sometimes as a Project Manager, leading the UI/UX, or assessing the business impact while formulating our incentives strategy – and she wears all of these effortlessly. Nabiya is a resource to count on because if she is leading something, consider it done!

 

Career highlights

I hold a master’s degree in digital marketing from the University of Loughborough in London and have been working at McDonald’s UAE for over four years. A Digital Marketing Professional with extensive experience optimizing campaigns on platforms such as apps and websites. I have led several key digital initiatives, including the launch of one of the first fast-food Rewards Program in the country. My expertise lies in leveraging data and customer insights to drive growth, improve customer acquisition, and enhance engagement.

 

Guiding principles

Every day at work is a new challenge, but this is what keeps me motivated and hungry to prove myself. I strive for career growth while also prioritizing my family. When overwhelmed, I pause, unplug briefly, and then bounce back stronger. I wouldn’t want it any other way!

Side hustle

Outside of work, I’m a big foodie. I love travelling and exploring new cuisines and destinations. I’m also an F1 fan (#forzaFerrari) and a Bollywood movie buff. In my spare time I am also working towards earning my PMP certification.
