As a designer-turned-strategist, I bridge the gap between creativity and business growth. From visualizing multi-channel campaigns on the brand side to shaping CX strategies on the agency side, I’ve witnessed how design and strategy merge – turning ideas into experiences that don’t just attract customers, but keep them coming back. Presently, I lead strategy at BPG X – BPG Group’s digital transformation arm, where I drive growth planning, UI/UX optimizations and conversion-focused user testing for clients like Mindvalley, Porsche, Wasl and Network International.
