Abdallah was one of the hires I am most proud of. He proved himself the minute he walked in the door, although he was only a Senior Copywriter. He was an immediate fit with his team, and the agency teams at large. Always pleasant, always listening for comments and areas of improvement. His focus on his quality of work and overall improvement is admirable. And he did not suffice with that. He also expressed an interest in elevating the entire product of the agency, so he extended his support to other teams, other briefs, and even internal agency systems and processes.
Career highlights
Abdallah has a passion for copywriting and creative frameworks, which he practised since he was in college. Winning himself 3rd Place in the New York Festival, 1st Place in the BEA Award, 1st Place in the Pinnacle Awards and 1st Place in the CBI Awards for his Audio Documentary, “More than Just a Game”. He joined Momentum Egypt in 2023 as a senior copywriter, and in no time, he established strong relationships and impact with all his clients. Created a phygital campaign for Cilantro, a breakthrough campaign for Oriental Weavers, and an on-ground activation for Maybelline. And won multiple pitches for multiple brands. Making it to Creative Director in less than a year. He set up a strong team and demonstrated great leadership and mentorship skills.
