Haya is a dynamic marketer with enthusiasm and quick learning, excelling in fast-paced environments. Currently, Haya has taken on the challenge of leading the marketing team in the absence of the Director of Marketing. In this interim role, she oversees all marketing initiatives, ensures smooth project progression, and maintains the department’s strategic vision. Haya coordinates with team members, manages budgets, and makes critical decisions to keep marketing efforts aligned with company goals. Her leadership ensures continuity & stability in the marketing department during this transition.

 

Career highlights

At 23 years old, I have nurtured a passion for hospitality from a young age. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Lebanon, certified by the Lausanne University in Switzerland.

My career began in F&B marketing for a hospitality group, where I managed guesthouses and multicultural restaurants. During the COVID pandemic, I relocated to Dubai, balancing online studies with a digital marketing role at a startup agency. I then joined Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, where I earned yearly promotions and collaborated with the award-winning Majid Al Futtaim group.

 

Guiding principles

My guiding principle is meticulous attention to detail, which sets you apart in Dubai’s highly competitive market. I believe that precision, combined with creativity and strategic thinking, creates memorable marketing campaigns that exceed client expectations and foster continuous growth.

My side hustle is content creation on my Instagram @cravinganything, which I started during COVID times. I share homemade recipes, lifestyle content, travel adventures, and hidden culinary gems.
