At 27, I made a bold step, shifting from being Education Coordinator at an NGO in Jordan to a Senior Associate in PR at Weber Shandwick in Abu Dhabi, leading diverse PR campaigns and align strategies with client objectives for measurable outcomes. In 3 years, I secured over 100 media opportunities in UAE’s top-tier outlets, supported in content development and communication plans. I contributed to eight successful new business presentations and integrated industry research in proposals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and I ensured flawless event execution.

 

Guiding principles

I believe that honesty is an important principle in a workplace because I see it as the cornerstone of success. Additionally, I place great emphasis on building mutual respect in the workplace creating an environment where every individual feels valued and heard is essential.
