Nour is a one of a kind talent – responsible, positive, and a natural go-getter are only a few of her characteristics, but the list can go on and on! I have had the privilege to work with Nour and have enjoyed watching her become a major asset to our team. She continues to raise the bar in developing relationships with her team and earning her client’s trust. Nour will definitely play a big role in the industry in the years to come.

Career highlights:
After graduating in 2019, I went into the media industry as a Performance Executive in OMG. I launched & lead omnichannel campaigns for brands across different industries such as Automotive, Banking, Retail, & Tourism. I leveraged my diverse experience in Performance to evolve into an integrated Media Planner with Starcom, concentrating on the Tourism Industry (Dubai Tourism & NEOM). I worked on full-funnel media plans and strategies for successful global campaigns across 48+ markets & 22+ channels. I continue to learn, grow & embrace new challenges with enthusiasm & a positive attitude.

Guiding principles:
Optimism: Maintaining a positive energy & mindset is contagious & essential in this world. Learning: We don’t know what we don’t know. In this ever-changing industry, knowledge is power & a driver to success. Integrity: Remaining honest with myself, team, & clients to build enduring relationships

Side hustle:
I’m a baker, known for my cookies & for the detailed artistic touch in anything I bake. I owned a successful online bakery in Lebanon (Batter Bakers) & aim to continue it one day. I also love humanitarian work & helping people in need. In 2019, I co-founded an NGO in Lebanon (Feed The Need).
