Ali has always demonstrated outstanding performance in his role at UM, while also actively contributing to our company culture. He has done great work especially during peak periods like Black Friday & Ramadan, always delivering exceptional results. Ali is the perfect example of a dedicated and loyal UMer while also actively participating in our company culture & events.

Career highlights:
Right after graduating, I got my first job in a media agency. I immediately obsessed over learning all the aspects and offerings that the media path has to offer, I had to move on from my first job to bigger and better things. My second job at UM is where I thrived. It exposed me to most of what I was looking for and helped me achieve my ideal path in the media world. I am now a 360 marketer, meaning that I can handle anything that is thrown in my direction with great dedication and commitment.

Guiding principles:
How can I improve? How can I help the people around me? How can I grow? These are the three hows that have helped me shape who I am today in the media world. Being pro-active in this way will help guide you to a better position not only in media, but in any job that you might pursue.
