Axiom Telecom, the Middle East’s leading mobile phone retailer, has appointed TBWA\Raad as its integrated communications agency. TBWA\Raad and Ketchum Raad Middle East will provide advertising, PR and in-store activation services to Axiom in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
