This year I am proud to be submitting two incredible women for your consideration: Lojain Al Saif and Fatima Loughzail. These ladies are the true epitome of young, smart, female talent. It has been an honour to support them and to play a small part in the bright future they have ahead. In her 4 years with us, Lojain brings a quiet force of empathy and creativity to excel in her role. Fatima has been on the team for only 6 months but brings her bigger, bolder style to complement Lojain and add impact. SHARE today – it’s brand, awards, successes – would not be possible without Lojain and Fatima.

Career highlights

Fatima is yet to hit her first year with our team but is already showing great impact in her role. In her first few months with us, she very quickly picked up the art of below the line (BTL) communications and all the complex processes that go with it. When you look at how she works, her thinking and how she works with people – it’s very hard to believe she’s only 25 years old. As we look at what SHARE has achieved in 2023, a huge part can be attributed to Fatima.

Guiding principles

Fatima’s guiding principle is to “Boldy Deliver”. She has a knack at delivering every single one of her deliverables on time no matter the ask, complexity or pressures. She is creative and confident in her approach – and not afraid to challenge or ask questions.

Side hustle

Outside of work Fatima is a busy bee! She recently worked towards (and successfully got!) her driver’s licence. She also spends her downtimes adventuring, exploring and trying new restaurants.
