Within less than three years of kicking off her career, Dina has managed to demonstrate true dedication and ambition. Career highlights

After taking a big risk and leaving my old job during the pandemic period, I joined UM in November 2020 as Performance Media Executive. Within a few months, I was assigned to handle brands such as Spotify, Starbucks & Mattel, where I got the opportunity to upskill all social platforms, programmatic, and search. In April 2022, I shifted accounts, joining the L’Oréal team full time, handling Consumer Products Division brands, and managing all types of campaigns on social and programmatic platforms along with Amazon DSP. My efforts were recognized, and I was promoted to Senior Performance Media Executive within a period of two months.

Guiding principles

“Teamwork makes the dream work” is a quote I always say to my team. Teamwork leads to a genuine connection between colleagues, driving success in our industry.

Side hustle

I find myself at Zen reading a good book on an aeroplane and travelling to one of my bucket list destinations.
