Dina El Houssainy, Media Director, UM: Jose is a one of a kind talent; responsible, eager to learn, sociable and with amazing communication skills. She spreads positivity everywhere and she proved to be up to every new challenge you hand over to her.

Career highlights

Jose joined UM  in January 2021 as a Performance Media Executive, managing the agency’s Levant accounts’ digital activity across social and programmatic. After 3 months, she was handed the L’Oréal Levant account with its 4 main divisions across the markets and has been handling them ever since. She started off with a pure performance role, but then she started handling relations with clients and became involved in strategies and pitches at the same time.  Working on different buying platforms while being involved in other several aspects of media made her grow so much in so little time. Jose spreads positivity and amazing vibes wherever she goes, she’s our happy pill, shining star and the sky is her limit!

Guiding principles

It’s very important to be able to read the room and anticipate every move by planning ahead and making informed decisions. The most important aspect would be working with a happy and motivated team because it’s the only way to succeed.
