He has a solutions-led approach and loves to solve a challenge which makes working with him very interesting.  He also takes the time to proactively come up with initiatives to work on company culture and one of his great traits is that he acts as a glue to join everyone together which makes him unique.

Career highlights

My journey with Hearts started with managing paid social campaigns across different clients from different industries, after which I took onboard the programmatic channel as well. Now, leading a team of 7 people across Social, Programmatic, and Search channels, while keeping a young, productive, and fun culture, is my greatest achievement so far.
