Bridget Weber, Business Unit Director, Impact BBDO Dubai: Nouran is spearheading some of our highest-profile clients, delivering best in class work while maintaining a cool, calm presence within the agency.

Her leadership skills, project management and creative thinking have seen her progress from agency intern to Account Manager within the span of 3 years. Nouran speaks 4 languages; Arabic, English, French and Spanish, helping our global clients deliver work for multiple markets.

Our latest Reebok MENA ‘Life is Not a Spectator Sport’ Campaign was managed with perfection and her contribution & creative excellence are testimony to why I would like to nominate her.

Career highlights

After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration at EDHEC Business School in France, I started working at IMPACT BBDO after my 6-month internship. I’m now an Account Manager with experience across a range of industries including banking, retail, hospitality, FMCG, and even cosmetics. I’ve worked with Reebok, INGLOT & DTCM to name a few.

I’m inspired by delivering work that just WORKS (either because it’s logical, super creative, carries the right sentiment, or all of the above), I love seeing proactive ideas come to life and add value to our clients’ business.

Guiding principles

Passion, ambition, hard work. Those are my guiding principles in the workplace because to me, one cannot work without the other. Passion fuels you to stay motivated throughout the course of your career. Ambition will help you set your own goals and pursue them. Hard work will allow you to achieve them.
