Getter is always on top of things. Even though she only started a couple of years back at the agency but since then she demonstrated excellent commitment, responsibility and ability to take on bigger tasks.

This leads her to be quickly noticed and advance fast in her role to a senior position handling the biggest clients in the agency and leading the CS team.

She contributes to the transformation of the agency to the new age of marketing by bringing to the table a different and new way of doing things especially adopting new technology tools.

Bio

As a self-motivated person, curiosity led me to advance in my career to places I always wanted to be in. It made me learn faster, take responsibilities and be the go-to person for big projects. After three years in my current agency, I am now the head of Client Servicing.

I’ve had the privilege to be an integral part of many regional successful brand stories and lead on major projects for well-known brands.

My Japanese language skills have played an important role in communication with brands based in Japan, serving as a cultural link between the Middle East and Japan. As a self-motivated person, curiosity led me to advance in my career to places I always wanted to be in. It made me learn faster, take responsibilities and be the go-to person for big projects. Guiding principles

Growing up in the age of the Internet, I have always believed that there is an answer to everything if you only look hard enough.

I also value empathy, emotional intelligence and rationality in both work and everyday interactions and believe these are essential qualities in my line of work.

How has Covid changed your job?

Aside from missing out on daily chats and brainstorming sessions with the team, the isolation from immediate interaction has encouraged me to take more executive decisions and most importantly, trust my knowledge and judgement. I believe this has led me to become much more independent and confident in my job.

Side hustle

I provide consulting services to small F&B businesses, helping them with building their brand and presence on social media as well as helping existing F&B businesses boost their sales with social media communication.

I also offer Japanese-English translation services on an online freelancer platform.
