I’ve worked closely with Rohan for the past two years, and from day one he’s shown a rare kind of hunger, the kind that creates its own motivation. Whether it’s brainstorming ideas or bringing them to life, he’s consistently switched on, curious, and pushing the work forward. What really stands out is his genuine love for advertising. He cares deeply about the craft, the idea, and the impact, and it shows in how he thinks and executes. Rohan is someone you want in the room and someone to keep an eye on.

Career highlights:

I was studying engineering in Australia but felt completely lost, so I followed where my heart was since I was a kid and joined design school in the UAE, where I was raised. During design school, I landed an opportunity at an advertising agency and within just two months, I knew I belonged and felt like I had so much to offer. Long story short, I finished my internship, graduated, and joined the same agency full time, where I’ve since done my best work yet, collaborating with local and international brands like Emaar, Cupbop, and Unilever.

Guiding principles:

Every time I’ve found myself in a foxhole, what’s kept me grounded is staying adaptable and open to new experiences. Being a sponge that’s learning from different cultures, people, and ideas, shapes is how I think and work.

Side hustle:

Since the first time I played on my PlayStation 2, I’ve been an avid gamer, exploring genres from FPS titles to MMOs and everything in between. Alongside playing, I enjoy applying my creative skill set to gaming-inspired visuals and exploring how design can live within that world
