Career highlights

Faris Fayih leads the accounts division at TEN-X, managing some of the agency’s largest and most complex client portfolios while guiding a dedicated team responsible for delivering high-impact projects across the Kingdom.

At TEN-X  a Saudi marketing solution agency that has delivered over 5 billion impressions and completed 600+ projects across media, production, creative, talent house, and events Faris plays a key role in ensuring every campaign is executed properly, on time, and with real impact.

Under his leadership sits some of the agency’s biggest and most key accounts. One of the main mega accounts under his umbrella is SNB, alongside major national entities such as the RER and MOMAH. Managing these accounts requires strong coordination, alignment, and consistent high-level execution across various departments

Before joining TEN-X, Faris built strong foundations in project and campaign management. At (Nuss), he managed the media presence of the “Awaan” platform, overseeing social media accounts and website management, ensuring content consistency and audience engagement. He later joined (Amaz), where he handled several large scale national projects.

Among his key achievements:

  • Managing a project with MOC, documenting and mapping more than 80 heritage sites across the Kingdom.
  • Managing the Riyadh Schools project, overseeing social media accounts, internal activations, and event coverage.
  • Producing and managing the real estate broadcast (Meter Murabaa).
  • Leading and executing more than 12 major campaigns for different clients during his time at Amaz.

These experiences strengthened his ability to manage government stakeholders, oversee different departments and deliver complex projects with discipline and clarity.

Faris believes sustainable success comes from accountability, precision, and long-term thinking. He prioritizes alignment before action, values relationships as much as results, and approaches every challenge with ownership. Beyond his corporate leadership, Faris is also a recognized poet and songwriter.

He has written national and commercial lyrical works for major entities including the Ministry of Sports, Ajlan & Bros Holding, AlUbayyah and Lafet Platform contributing to projects tied to Saudi National Day and Founding Day celebrations.

He also wrote lyrics for major Arabic hits, including Lammah by Ayed Yousef, which exceeded 120 million streams on youtube alone.

His work earned recognition, including a Billboard Arabia Award in 2024 for Best Gulf Song.

This creative depth gives him a unique perspective in advertising, he understands emotion, storytelling, and audience connection at a cultural level.
