Tanisha is a rare creative talent. Not only is her design delivery consistently strong, but her mindset is already ahead of her level. She’s grown fast because she takes feedback seriously and applies it with purpose. She doesn’t just “do the task”; she asks the right questions, considers the audience, and finds ways to improve the whole process. She’s proactive, reliable, and quietly ambitious in the right way. On a personal note, I’ve genuinely enjoyed watching her flourish and I’m excited to see what she does next. Tanisha is one to watch because she’s building craft and leadership habits early.

Career highlights

I’m an idea-driven creative designer with five years’ experience spanning in-house roles, luxury publications, boutique studios across Mumbai and Dubai, and now agency life at JWI, where I’ve worked on global brands like Gillette, PATRÓN, and GREY GOOSE. I began working during education, which shaped my career and mindset early on and taught me to think both strategically and creatively. I feel blessed to have found a career I love; whether it’s crafting strategy for a high-energy activation, developing a scalable toolkit, designing motion for social, or building 3D visualisations, I’m excited by the process of bringing ideas to life.

Guiding principles

“Work diligently.” It’s something my mom always told me, and it’s a principle I try to live by. No matter the task, put your whole heart into what you do. Because at the end of the day, if you’re not giving it your all, what difference are you really making?

Side hustle

I love curating themed dinner parties, spending hours in the kitchen baking for friends and family, heading out for morning beach runs, and ticking spots off my ever-growing restaurant list! Where there’s food, I’m there.
