Shikha is full of ideas, creativity, energy and positivity. She involves herself with a passion that speaks to how much she enjoys what she does. And she takes a particular interest in anything which showcases our development, evolution and transformation. I know what whenever she is involved in any project, she will give her all for the team and for the company.
Career highlights
I graduated with a major in marketing. After this, I freelanced for a time, with organizations such as the Ministry of Sports, the General Entertainment Authority and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City. My calling has always been to support efforts to promote my home country, Saudi Arabia, on a global stage and showcase its beauty. I then joined ROSHN Group’s destination marketing team, where I likewise look to promote the amazing things that we are doing here.
Guiding principles
For me, everything is defined by purpose. It is what drives me to do my best work, and when I feel passionate about something I always go above and beyond to deliver ideas and marketing that has a lasting impact on myself and the intended audience.
Side hustle
I am focused on developing myself and my capabilities. I took part in the Maheera program at Athar last year, which I enjoyed very much. I am always thinking about what I can do to understand the bigger picture and make my work more effective.
