Rayana is a rockstar! Having worked throughout her studies, she is a graduate trainee with a difference. Rayana brings a unique perspective to PR due to her experience across TV, production and broadcast. Her incredible passion to her craft and positive can-do attitude means that in only six months she has already managing clients and and has delivered several high profile projects. Excited to see her career grow!
Career highlights
At just 22, I have already learnt so much in the fast-paced world of production, PR and storytelling. My journey began at 18 when I earned a full scholarship from MBRSC at the American University of Dubai. While studying, I honed my production skills at Aws Studios, creating campaigns and shows for clients like Abu Dhabi TV, Emirates Airline, MBC, and Emaar. After graduation, I have transitioned into PR to focus on shaping brand narratives and crafting impactful messaging. Learning never stops, I was recently selected as one of 50 UAE scholars for The Marketing Society program, reinforcing my commitment to growth and meaningful storytelling.
Guiding principles
Inspired by my parents, I believe that success comes from dedication, drive, and pushing toward your goals. I believe when you ask for something with all your strength and work hard for it, the universe conspires to make it happen. Each morning, I ask myself, “Am I truly happy?” because I know that only in happiness can I unlock and express the best version of myself.
Side hustle
Apart from my full-time job at BPG Group, I’m also passionate about directing short films that convey meaningful messages. Through several projects, I’ve showcased my love for storytelling and my commitment to crafting compelling, impactful narratives that truly resonate with audiences
