Aishwarya is brimming with ideas and enthusiasm, and you can’t help but be inspired! She effortlessly leads programs and is a fantastic strategic planner, idea factory and creative problem solver who transforms concerns and obstacles into opportunities. Aishwarya is also a brilliant team leader who is fair, focused, hard-working, trustworthy and a whole lot of fun. It is energising to work with her, and this wonderfully translates across the agency.
Career highlights
In seven years across two countries, I’ve led communications for global brands like Netflix, MBRSC, Crocs and Disney+, and helped my teams win awards like SABRE and KALEIDO. As a third-culture kid, I’m driven to create first-class experiences that connect with people on a deeper level. Being recognized in PRMoment’s Top 30 Under 30, my mission is to always leave an indelible mark through creative storytelling and meaningful connections, be it in my journey from government PR to entertainment communications. Every day, I wake up to embody the lyrics of Alexander Hamilton: “I’m not throwing away my shot.”
Guiding principles
Take cautious risks, calculate the impact of your actions, and challenge everything with conscious, intentional choice. And don’t be afraid to fail because risks are opportunities to grow if you stay true to yourself and your values. Like Michael Scott “quoted”: “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
Side hustle
Inspired by leaders who guided my growth, I’m now paying it forward to the next generation of PR professionals at Mt. Carmel in India through guest lectures and mentoring. I’m also a part of Atteline’s Sustainability Division, driving initiatives to create a greener future and love expressing myself through art.
