Kalika Tripathi

Kalika Tripathi has a career spanning 3 industries over 25 years. Kalika began her career in Market research, moved to banking and subsequently into the payments industry. The common thread has been using data to drive business decisions which impact the P&L directly.

Kalika enjoys being a part of large global organizations and the professional culture they foster. In her previous roles she has worked at Lowe, Nielsen and HSBC. 

Kalika has led small as well as large teams and driven B2B as well as B2C business targets. She is a strong believer in the importance of understanding consumer behavior in order to drive effective decisions. She enjoys travelling and learning different languages. 

Kalika holds a Masters in Sociology from the University of Bombay. She has authored several research papers presented at ESOMAR (European society of Market Research). She was a judge on the MENA Effies in 2019 and the WARC MENA Strategy Awards in 2021. She speaks English, Hindi, and has basic comprehension in Russian and Arabic.
