David leads the Accenture Interactive (/Fjord) Service Group across the Middle East, helping clients to design, build, communicate and run Experiences at the intersection of innovation and purpose. His expertise lies in digital marketing, commerce and content services opportunities, and creating delightful customer experiences. Before relocating to the Middle East to establish Accenture Interactive, he grew the Commerce / Dig. Marketing / Loyalty / Brand & Comm businesses in France and Benelux in addition to leading Customer Engagement offerings across Europe, Africa, Middle East and Latin America.
With 20 years’ international experience across a variety of industries, including retail, consumer goods, travel, hospitality, financial sector and automotive, David has helped launch over 15 major innovative loyalty, digital marketing and omni-channel programs for clients, increasingly utilizing the power of predictive analytics and personalization through managed services. He has also served on the board of a number of European marketing associations and regularly shares his insights on digital trends and marketing innovation with the press or at events
David’s academic background includes an international MBA from HEC (Europe, US, China) and a French / German Master’s degree in Management with a major in Marketing and International Trade
He began his career in marketing and advertising in the Editing Industry.
