Head of Agency Development MENA at Snap Inc.

Amer is the Head of Agency Development at Snap Inc. for the Middle East and North Africa. He oversees its relationships with the advertising ecosystem and seeks to develop the strategic value exchange between the platform and agency partners. He is passionate about the growth of digital in MENA and helping brands tap into the region’s young, diverse and mobile first audience.

Prior to joining Snap, Amer led digital content startups in the region, in addition to operating as a management consultant for more than ten years.
