Absolute waste of my time. Calling candidates for meetings with the sole purpose of networking/gaining information is not only a pathetic tactic to use but speaks volumes about the company. I don’t mind networking, just be upfront about it from the start so I don’t waste precious time taking time off work to attend a meeting in the hope of obtaining a suitable position. Just another below average recruitment company, I think I will stick to referrals rather than agencies to find a good position.
