Following an extensive selection process involving multiple global agencies, Starcom MENA has been appointed as the global media agency of The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) in more than 30 markets.
The Publicis Media Group agency will manage the full scope of media services of DTCM across the globe. The media communications duties span all strategic media planning and buying, digital performance marketing, content creation and distribution and is effective immediately.
Starcom has been handling the regional account since May 2017.
This global business will be led out of Dubai and will involve the best talents from Publicis Media across key regional hubs.
